ISAP Neighbor Outreach Information
The ISAP Office, at 931 S 3rd Street, Louisville, KY 40203 is a place where immigrant people go for routine check-ins, but sometimes people are turned over to ICE.
Louisville Showing Up for Racial Justice Community Defense Network (LSURJ CDN) is at ISAP to support you. We are volunteers. We wear Yellow Hats and Orange Vests.
If ICE shows up:
• We blow our whistles to warn people and alert neighbors.
• We document detentions by ICE.
• We will call someone for you if you give us your name and emergency contact number.
◦ We will delete our records of your name and emergency contact number after your appointment.
* Here is a link to download that can help us find you if you are detained. https://www.ice.gov/node/60831
• You can print and fill out this form before you come to an ISAP appointment, then give it to someone you trust. NOTE: Please leave the date on the application blank, so that it will not expire. The person holding this for you will then add the date, should you be detained.
• Your family or an LSURJ CDN volunteer can submit the completed form to your lawyer or to a congressional office to try to help you. https://mcgarvey.house.gov/services/help-federal-agency
LSURJ first exposed abductions at the Louisville ISAP office in June 2025.
